MCAT 2015 set to bring changes to exam

Students who aspire to be medical doctors will be affected by the latest announced changes to the current Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), scheduled to take affect in 2015. The exam is intended to be more competitive than the current version, with a redesigned format that incorporates more of the social sciences and an omission of the writing sample portion. Full story

Men’s baseball rounds off season with CUNY championship

The men’s baseball team came away with the CUNYAC Championship on Saturday, April 28, after beating the College of Staten Island Dolphins with the score of 5-3. The game was played at MCU Park, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones. This is Baruch’s second CUNYAC Championship in four years, they last won it back in 2009. Full story
