Anthony Renzo and John Bini with some Baruch students present Bank of America’s FMAP program.

One goal for associates in FMAP is to meet and have a conversations with five senior managers per year.

Before starting the program, all those selected for FMAP attend a training conference in Charlotte, North Carolina. At this conference, FMAP associates from all across the country convene.

The requirements to apply are having a GPA of at least 3.2 or higher.

No previous job experience is necessary, but all applicants must have a degree in business.

All business majors are encouraged to apply. There is a focus on finance and accounting but economic and investment banking majors, as well as other business concentrations, are not discouraged from applying.

"You have to sell yourself," said Renzo. He went on to say if an applicant has no related job experience, but their resume  is interesting and their personality strikes him, that works for him.
